An enterprise SaaS cloud platform company that enables entertainment companies to intelligently acquire, distribute, control and monetize their TV and movie content, via a platform powered by proprietary data and predictive insights.Key Accomplishments: Co-managed the Whip Media acquisition of Mediamorph (where I was CFO), including negotiating the Merger Agreement, collaborating with our banker and building the payout model to shareholders. Built the financial model for the combined company and constructed the KPIs/Metrics to manage the company. Pitched, negotiated and closed a $10M venture debt deal.  Secured a PPP Loan for $2.6M in May 2020. Completed multiple rounds of equity financing from 2015-2020, for a total of $62M. Transitioned to Bridge Bank in June 2019 and set up a $6M revolving line of credit. Conducted a search for new office space in NYC, negotiated and closed a complicated lease. Setup a subsidiary in the Netherlands. Responsible for the company’s data privacy initiatives - GDPR / CCPA compliance & policies.
