Ken, having sold his own civil and structural engineering business in 2004, where he was the managing director for eight years, took on the role of UK Financial Director for the acquirer until 2008 and now undertakes interim and part-time financial director roles. Amongst others, Ken has assisted companies in the food sector, national calibration experts and multi-dealership car retailersKen currently works part time at Berry Smith LLP (solicitors). He is experienced in a range of other industries, including manufacturing, food, professional services, construction, engineering, transport.Ken has in-depth experience of company acquisitions and disposals, investment opportunities, tight financial control systems, change management and the identification of key management information needs.He has significant experience with corporate restructure change and working closely with senior management teams.Ken is a fellow of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
