• Due to the outbreak of Covid19, this was the first virtual go-live support of its kind, which presented a unique set of challenges. Supporting provider’s virtually required using verbal ques and very descriptive.
• In instances where I was unable to provide immediate answers, I entered tickets into SharePoint and followed-up with the providers.
• I was part of a larger team of support which allowed me to both draw on their knowledge and share my own. This proved very beneficial for the more than three hundred providers that I supported.
