PresidentPmi France Jun 2014 - Feb 2016Multiple Locations In Metropolitan FrancePMI France chapter covers nearly all of metropolitan France and has over 4200 members, making it the 6th largest PMI chapter in the world, and the largest outside of the Americas.My role was to preside over the chapter and chair the executive committee, ensuring we apply the strategy we defined and continue to deliver excellent results in terms of events and other membership services while maintaining a cohesive organization and teamwork spirit among a management team of 40 and a volunteer staff of over 150.During the 2 years 2014-2015, the chapter grew its membership by about 7%, a huge feat given its size among local chapters. I'll still be active with PMI, in other roles. -
