Was promoted to Sales Manager after consistently increasing my target performance year on year with a view to passing on my expertise to members of the team who were underperforming. FHB became Azzurri Communications as part of a buy and build business and became one of the UK's leading telecoms and data providers with the digital print division forming an integral part of the Northern arm of the business.
