My responsibilities included managing the Operations department at CCS. This includes purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing, shipping, quality assurance, facilities, IT, bookkeeping and human resources. I also perform project management for CCS' engineering team for both new product development and sustaining of existing products.

I served as both a project manager, and as a department and program manager. As a project manager, I managed client projects in a way that met their expectations and the requirements of the contract, while being profitable for Syncroness over the long term. I supported business development efforts by performing requirements gathering, scope definition, estimating and writing contracts. My role in projects spanned from planning and team staffing through development, testing and transfer. The project teams included software, electrical, and mechanical engineers and industrial designers.I was also the department and program manager of the project management team at Syncroness. This role required me to drive the development of processes in the effort to drive continuous improvement. I mentored and supervised the people that perform the project management and project coordinator activities for the company.

SourceLoop was a small telecommunications consulting company in the north metro Atlanta area. I was the manager for a project to build a contact center for a client based in California. Reponsibilties included managing a geographically diverse project team, planning and tracking project schedule, reporting status to executives and managing vendors.

I managed a team of technical personnel in seven U.S. locations that were responsible for the company's voice telecommunications infrastructure. In addition to managing the team, I also acted as a program for projects for the implementation of new systems, and was a member of the project team for the rapid build-out of multiple new facilities.I was responsible for developing and implementing EarthLink’s voice telecommunications strategy and providing operational support for enterprise telecommunications equipment.

I started as a Technical Support Representative, answering inbound technical support calls for customers trying to connect to and use the Internet. During this time I became a team supervisor and eventually a team manager for a team of 8 to 12 talented people.

I was the one-man IT department for a voice recording studio based in north Atlanta. My responsibilities included workstation administration, database administration and web page development.
