I like to build things, whether that involves launching a new business, helping an existing business scale its reach and impact, or turning some beautiful American white oak into an object or piece of furniture that will get passed on to future generations. Building, regardless of the medium, requires a great deal of patience, an understanding of where you are trying to go, and the gumption (chutzpah, tenacity, stubbornness) to keep on going when the path forward becomes difficult or blocked.If you look at my profile—or otherwise simply know me—you'll see (know) that I have many interests and have tried my hand at many things.
