Ask Claire (a subsidiary of Wider Circle)

Ask Claire®, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wider Circle, is a boutique service that helps newly eligible Medicare consumers navigate plan and benefits selection, with a an emphasis on supporting underserved populations at the beginning of their aging journey. We work with our provider partners to deliver bespoke educational and tech-enabled decision support tools to consumers and access licensed agents and agent partners. If their new health plan or provider group works with Wider Circle, the member will be eligible to join the Connect for Life® program. --- Wider Circle is a community health organization that comes to members’ neighborhoods, building trust to engage in places plans and providers can’t reach. We are an extension of the health plan, acting upstream to address SDOH, improve outcomes and lower the cost of care. By leveraging proprietary technology to group similar individuals together, we create a neighborhood network of members who influence and support one another, bonding them to their plan and helping them maximize their benefits and community resources to live a happier, healthier life.
