Performed gage R&R testing for surface texture analysis laser microscope. Disproved correlation between part micro-texture and quality, saving department nearly $1M in equipment.  Conducted Cause-Of-Failure analysis utilizing metrology equipment including CMM, optical comparator, profilometer, and microscope.
