For the past 30 + years, I've had the opportunity to help build the businesses/success of clients in all types of industries, especially B2B including technology, agriculture, healthcare/life sciences, finance, insurance and professional services. Over the years, I've led teams of 100+; held most C-suite positions for medium-sized enterprises; nurtured amazing cultural environments and high performance leadership teams; developed successful talent strategies; led succession planning and management buy-out initiatives; and helped organizations create and develop environmental sustainability programs.I believe in giving back. My current not-for-profit Board appointments include Green Economy Canada and ICOM agencies (global). Past board appointments have included the Waterloo-Wellington Local Health Integration Network (WWLHIN), the Greater Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber of Commerce and the Program Advisory Committee for Conestoga College's media and communications programs. I enjoy coaching and helping/advising others achieve success.
