Manage and grow all domains and websites under the management of Charter One. Tasks included regular content updates and audits, SEO position tracking, analysis of SEO data from tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics, creation of new websites and pages, and manage domains via Cloudflare. Would also assist in general IT tasks such as helpdesk support to teachers, hardware/software installation, hardware repair, and troubleshooting support.

Manage, maintain, and acquire clients for regular maintenance and cleanups. Oversee crew of 2 to 3 people and maintain work vehicle during working hours. Additional work included tool maintenance, installation of various plants and yard features, installation/repair of irrigation systems, and provide quotes for additional services.

The company focused primarily on AC duct work repair and providing that service free of charge through the power company. Worked as a team lead taking care of paperwork and customer relations. Was also in charge of driving company trucks to job sights and helping with repair work.

The responsibilities of this position were to help teachers in the district, specifically Special Ed teachers, teach the children in our classroom. The campus I was assigned to dealt with those kids and young adults with behavioral issues and violent tendencies. I would often have to figure out new ways of doing something to suit that particular child's needs and deal with any outbursts or behaviors that came from it. This position demanded a high degree of patience as the kids were often very uncooperative or resistant to any changes we made. I was also in charge of doing daily logs and keeping track of data for all of the kids.

I was in charge of taking orders for customers and ensuring that all of their needs were met. The tasks I had to keep on top of were managing a cash drawer when I was assigned to be a cashier, making sure the store front was kept clean and orderly, and fielding any complaints that customers had and trying to resolve their issue.
