I am currently employed as a security guard and seeking to make a transition into the IT industry. Having recently obtained the CompTIA ITF+ certification, I am now actively preparing for the CompTIA A+ certification, aiming to expand my knowledge and qualifications in the field of Information Technology. Given my lifelong experience with computers and a genuine passion for problem-solving, I am keen on pursuing a career in IT. Throughout my academic journey, I excelled in mathematics, and in my personal life, gaming serves as my primary hobby, both of which have reinforced my enjoyment of troubleshooting challenges.It has always been gratifying for me to resolve issues on behalf of others, while the inability to find solutions has commonly unsettled me, motivating me to strive for the best ways to assist and resolve problems.
