Managing departments of Purchasing, Facilities, FP&A, and the Accounting Shared Service Center (SSC).• Financial & Administrative management of 9 independent subsidiaries in Morocco.• Analyze and control monthly P&L closing of Moroccan subsidiaries in Moroccan Gaap and USGAAP, with the supervision of the Africa Accounting SSC. • Review IFRS adjustments booked quarterly.• Analyze receivables & payables reports, with recoverability follow-up with customers and cash management.• Prepare and monthly follow-up the P&L analysis by profit center; Revenue and margin analysis by client and site.• Establish yearly budget, 3YRS plans, and quarterly forecasts.• Review and refresh existing procedures: Purchasing, Expense reports and travels, Petty cash.• Launch tender process for high valuable expenses, supervising supplier’s selection, and reviewing final agreements.• Review & negotiate existing supplier agreements, and implementation of Purchasing dashboards (requests follow-up, %savings).• Handle relationships with banks, external auditors, Tax Directions, and consultancy firms.• Apply Group internal control procedures and fulfill quarterly compliance questionnaires.• Assist the African GM and Moroccan deputy-GM on taking financial decisions (Investments, ROI per activities and Cash Management).• Manage teams: motivation, trainings and work efficiency.• Legal and social monitoring over Moroccan laws and amendments.Projects• Participate to the HR ERP migration (Successfactor).• In charge of accounting migration to SAP in 2020.
