Placement student within the In-house Manufacturing and Ordering team, which led to experience and knowledge in different manufacturing shops and processes both business and technical. The year followed a rotation plan to best meet requirements and needs from a placement to grow as a professional individual. Exposure to various areas within the industry included design and development, project support, project management, data analysis and data modelling. I worked for Elegance weddings as a part time job on weekends as an events team member. The job required me to be able to work in a team and work according to time schedules in order to have the wedding/events venues to be set up in time. In addition I was required to work certain events as a waitress and provide high quality customer service.

I worked as a supervisor at small restaurant located in Pudsey in Leeds, the role required me to undertake responsibilities such as; opening and closing the store, ensuring staff managed their time effectively to provide high quality service to each customer. Delegating roles and responsibilities at the start of the shift; as well as filling in time sheets, temperature documents, and creating staff rotas. I also had opportunities to train up new staff members in required elements of business.
