In this position, I provide mentorship to MIS students taking the first programming class in C#, and the second programming class in C# with a little HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I aid with over 120 students with understanding analytical and problem-solving skills relating to MIS. I also collaborate with a team at weekly meetings to analyze and grade programming assignments, and make grading rubrics.

In this role, I fostered professionalism while integrating with Internal Audit team. I worked with a team to create a virtual machine test environment for security tool testing. I also reviewed and revised documentation for security test cases.

In this position, I prioritized excellent customer service to promote professionalism and a good reflection on the University of Alabama. I ensured students and recruiters had a better experience while using the resources provided by the Career Center by scheduling appointments with students and faculty through web platforms, communicating with advisors about preparations for upcoming events, and assisting with coordination of bi-annual career fair consisting of up to 242 companies.
