In this position, I provide mentorship to MIS students taking the first programming class in C#, and the second programming class in C# with a little HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I aid with over 120 students with understanding analytical and problem-solving skills relating to MIS. I also collaborate with a team at weekly meetings to analyze and grade.

In this role, I fostered professionalism while integrating with Internal Audit team. I worked with a team to create a virtual machine test environment for security tool testing. I also reviewed and revised documentation for security test cases.

In this position, I prioritized excellent customer service to promote professionalism and a good reflection on the University of Alabama. I ensured students and recruiters had a better experience while using the resources provided by the Career Center by scheduling appointments with students and faculty through web platforms, communicating with advisors.
