Board Member 2021/2022: PRESIDENT: The President shall be the chief executive officer of AAF-SC and of the Board of Directors. He/she shall preside over all meetings of AAF-SC and of the Board of Directors. The President and the Treasurer/Committee Chair shall sign all written contracts and obligations of AAF-SC, which must have prior approval of the Board of Directors to be legal and binding.Board Member 2020/2021: PRESIDENT-ELECT: The President-Elect shall become President in the following year with the concurrence of the Board of Directors and Membership. It shall be the duty of the President-Elect to preside at all meetings in the absence of the President and to countersign checks in the absence of the President or Treasurer. The President-Elect shall serve as chairperson of the programs committee and shall also serve as a delegate to AAF.Board Member 2017/2020: TREASURER: Supervise, under the control of the board of directors, the finances of AAF Space Coast. He/she shall work with the president to create an annual operating budget. He/she shall assist the American Advertising Awards chair in his/her financial duties pertaining to the American Advertising Awards competition. All cash and checks from membership dues, chapter meetings, American Advertising Awards and the like, must be deposited within one week of receipt of those monies. Shall work together to create an annual operating budget. Must attend the board meetings and chapter meetings.Board Member 2016/2017: HISTORIAN shall collect and preserve club memorabilia, create and maintain a digital record of club events and have such other duties as may be assigned by the President or Board. Tasks include Digitally photograph or have photographed club activities and events. Post information about club activities and events on social media. Archive the club’s digital history.Define and collect physical memorabilia to be kept in the future and maintain all physical memorabilia.

The COMMUNICATIONS CHAIR is mainly responsible for the strategic coordination of all communications that will touch Merritt Island Rotary Club members or prospects, keeping the customer experience top of mind. Duties include maintaining the club website, blog posts, and relaying any press releases to the media. The Communications Chair will also engage in community events and promote fundraising activities and execution. The SEARGENT-AT-ARMS plays a vital role in allowing the club President to concentrate on conducting the weekly meeting. Vice President and Motion Graphics Editor. Originally from New England, Keri re-located to Florida to attend the University of Central Florida to study costume & fashion design. Now with over 14 years of video production experience including producing and editing, Keri is responsible for production & office management. Keri is actively involved with local community groups such as the area Chambers of Commerce, Merritt Island Rotary Club and holds a seat on the Marketing Advisory Council and Social Media Task Force for the Economic Development Commission of Florida's Space Coast. Keri has also been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the American Advertising Federation, Space Coast Chapter since 2016.
