My job is to provide support and solutions to the people we need most on the scariest days of our lives.Being resourceful for humans. If I can eliminate roadblocks and provide the right resources and tools to enhance workplace experiences, our heroes can do their best work. It’s an amazing feeling to connect with people who have the desire and passion to care for others. A bit about the rules I apply to myself:I’m very competitive and on the hunt for that W, but I feel most elevated when I can help my teams with a win of their own.I’m a work in progress and a lifelong learner. I’ve been heard to say, “If we’re not growing, we’re dying.” If it’s important to you, I show up. The people in my life make me a better person.I keep my promises. My dad used to say, “All you truly have in this world is your word. Do what you say you’re going to do”. And that’s how I live my life.
