I have both extensive and platinum level experience in Management, Administration, Clerical and Customer Service. In the past I have carried out both management duties such as recruiting, hiring and supervising a large staff and assigning duties to said staff, as well as determined merchandise and services to be sold. Along with my management experience I also excel at administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, planning budgets and monitoring both revenues and expenses, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. In addition, I have reviewed, evaluated, and implemented new administrative and loss prevention procedures in my previous positions. I am able to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, all while resolving any arising problems, customer concerns, or supply shortages that may occur. I also have a very positive, can-do, attitude that makes me an excellent team player that people love to work with and for.
