Keri Collins is an experienced consultant specializing in organizational and employee research. She works with business leaders across industries to design and implement evidence-based, customized solutions to their talent management concerns that have strategic alignment between people, culture, and business objectives. Her work has included delivering employee engagement survey programs, and providing custom program evaluation research for a variety of organizational challenges such as developing an EVP, understanding benefit preferences, and team alignment for top leadership. Keri also has experience conducting organizational culture studies, and designing and implementing workshops and toolkits for leading change. At Willis Towers Watson, Keri is part of the Inclusion and Diversity Center of Excellence as well as on the councils for North American Women and Supporters and East Division Inclusion Network. Education and Credentials Keri has received both her Bachelor and Masters of Arts from Montclair State University in Psychology and currently holds SHRM-SCP as well formal project management training in Prince2 and Organization Development from NYU-SCPS.
