- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications according to best practices and standards.- Replacing parts as required and ensuring optimal performance and functionality of the systems.- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults using various tools and methods.- Monitoring Help Desk tickets and resolving user issues in a timely and professional manner.- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues following security policies and procedures.- Supporting the roll-out of new applications or updates and providing training and guidance to users as needed.- Resolve assigned customer technical issues (diagnosis, intervention, alert) and escalate as required, within a proper time frame.- Participate in On-Call/After Hours Rotation and provide emergency support when needed.- Manage materials resources efficiently and responsibly.- Responsible for IT documentation and inventory data sheets.
