As Senior Development Manager at Special Olympics Georgia, I am responsible for the cultivation of new and existing sponsorships for all of our State Games, Sports Camps, Athlete Camps and other various events. In addition, I must solicit and coordinate new and current state sponsorships up to $20,000, contributing at least 35% to the Corporate General Fund Revenue.

• Responsible for the coordination and execution of over 20 corporate sponsorships per year, ranging in annual value from $50k up to over $1 million dollars • Developed, planned, and organized sponsor events from pre-planning through post-planning while meeting both budgetary and time constraints. Examples include: community events, golf tournaments, luncheons, holiday parties, Draft Day events, Flag Football games, Super Bowl travel, away game flyaways, game day promotions, all associates meetings, Wellness Committee activities. Assist the sales team with the research, development and presentation of proposals to potential clients.• Assisted the sales team with contract renewals and recaps of the season. This assistance included research analysis of companies and consumers, building proposals and brainstorming new inventory elements.• Maintained and tracked expenses for every sponsor element and event based on a cost of execution plan.• Acted as the liaison between Atlanta Falcon’s partners and the organization, as well as, with the Georgia Dome and any vendors used in the arrangement of functions, representing and enforcing the positive nature of the brand.

• Coordinated the organization and execution of Atlanta Falcon activities, including game day activities, Draft Day, sponsor luncheons, golf tournaments, Internet communications and radio promotions.• Liaison between sales and promotions departments.• Interacted with clients and prominent personalities, while acting as a station representative at various functions and events.• Researched, organized and prepared promotional ideas, presentations and materials.
