Product Life Cycle, EOL visibility, Lead Time Profiling.• Develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential risks to supply chain and manages overall continuity of material supply, delivery and quality ensuring no shortages, delays or quality issues • Background with mechanical commodities (sheet-metal, precision machining, welding, plastics, injection molding, casting, brazing) with ability to read and interpret technical documents including drawings, blueprints, product specifications, material tolerances, finish specifications. • Experience with international purchasing and sourcing including ability to interact and work with teams which are geographically dispersed• Ability to work on multiple assignments under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.• Outstanding ability to communicate with clients, coworkers of all levels of management.• Maximizing material availability through the implementation of various agility programs with Key Distributors.• Project Managed Contract Manufacturer RFQ Process in support of Legacy and NPI Manufacturing Plan• Early engagement with engineering and marketing to influence optimal product costs and supply chain design. • Develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential risks to supply chain and manages overall continuity of material supply, delivery and quality ensuring no shortages, delays or quality issues from proto to FCS• Experienced in purchasing and supplier negotiation.• Confident working in stressful and often unpredictable situations.
