• I handle the financials for the production department of our design build company. I watch, analyze and help reconcile budgets for all jobs in active production. I meet with all project managers to keep financials in order for all jobs. Help teach team members the importance of each financial aspect of their job. I lead all closeout meetings to review job performances. I handle all accounts payables, data entry and paying of vendors and trade partners. Balance Closeout reports for jobs completing construction. Balance and pay all the company credit cards. I onboard all new Trade Partners to the company. I created and keep updated our company intranet. I manage our cleaning company, carpet cleaning company, window cleaning company, cell phone company, phone system, etc. I work closely with our company CFO. I also am the Procurement assistant rep. I help analyze current processes and research how to constantly be growing and improving processes around the company. I also create content and manage our company Tiktok.

I title new and used vehicles, organize and send out vehicle purchase information to banks. I balance all transactions for new car, used car, and service departments. I deposit all money to the bank daily. I balance multiple inventory, prepaid, and revenue accounts for the dealership. I handle all technical issues with credit card machines and daily batching. I process deals for vehicles sold daily in the dealership. I handle all the account receivable accounts. I reconcile multiple accounts including inventory, sold due, gift card, cash holding accounts, etc. I coach other individuals on having a better understanding of the accounting process and how to operate effectively. I help with anything else accounting or titling related in the dealership.

I interpret in many different settings including medical, mental health, children services etc.
