Represents condominium and homeowners associations throughout Missouri and Illinois. Collaborates with associations on their specific legal needs and assists them with collection of delinquent assessments, amending, restating, and enforcing governing documents, and defense of lawsuits brought against the association. Counsels clients on amending or restating plats, corporate governance questions, rezoning and real estate development issues, tax issues before the local taxing authorities, code enforcement issues with local authorities, and review of loan and bank documents. Active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) – Heartland Chapter.
