The duties of this position include: delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders on phones and in person, entering orders into computers, handling company money, using the cash register, insuring each customer receives the correct order, sweeping, mopping, doing dishes, vacuuming, clearing tables, seating guests, over seeing that all positions are properly staffed, delegating duties as need, opening and closing cash registers, ensuring that the store is ready for then next shift, handling customer complaints, and any other situations that may arise.
