As a Project Delivery Manager at Benefitfocus, I lead and oversee the successful delivery of benefit plan projects for new clients. I have more than six years of experience in the benefit plan industry, where I have developed and honed my core competencies in client onboarding, people management, and team building. I started my career journey in restaurant management, where I learned to be a versatile, efficient, and team-oriented leader and problem solver. I then transitioned to the implementation manager role at Verb Inc. and Optum, where I created, managed, and tracked detailed project plans and partnered with key stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve critical issues. I am passionate about creating a vision, executing it, and examining the outcome, while delivering value and satisfaction to my clients and employer. I take pride in my work ethic and my constant desire to learn and grow.
