The goal of the department is to improve the lives of residents and preserve facilities through energy conservation improvements. Working on houses, multifamily units, shelters, faith community structures, commercial buildings and schools we are making a positive difference throughout the Commonwealth. Our work reduces energy consumption, preserves non-renewable resources and we are also working to help establish renewable resources. We are fortunate to be working in a industry which is conserving resources, creating energy jobs, helping the USA move to greater energy independence, improving the global environment and preserving quality of life for future generations.

The department helped to manage energy upgrades, retrofits and solar improvements for multifamily property owners throughout the Commonwealth. Our work improved the conditions of multifamily housing for the residents, property owner and the community.

Project manager for shell rehab projects and infill construction. Special focus on historic renovation of dwellings in the Richmond region. Rehab specialist help to renovate owner occupied homes.
