As a team, we created a community survey tool based on focus group input for community members of the San Francisco Tenderloin.Responsibilities:- Organized and administered 400+ surveys, providing Mandarin language support when necessary- Codified and inputted data for survey responses, gathering key themes to contribute to a final report

- Publicized the Global Poverty and Practice minor to UC Berkeley students via social media and personal outreach- Represented the minor at various school fairs and events- Advised students on a drop-in basis in areas such as coursework, declaration of the minor, and available resources- Regularly monitored and maintained student profiles, ran reports to check student retention, and contacted students to follow up on missing documents- Recorded detailed notes of team meetings and reminded team members of upcoming deadlines and overall timeline

As a team we ideated, discussed, developed, and published a biannual campus publication.Responsibilities:- Curated contents of each issue, working with student authors to edit multiple iterations of articles- Refined and distributed a weekly newsletter containing journal announcements for writers, editors, designers, and interested parties- Maintained the publication's website, posting biweekly blog posts and embedding digital versions of published issues- Managed the publication's social media- Helped to plan and execute the biannual launch event for the publication- Represented the publication in national conferences
