When I was a little girl🙍♀️I had big dreams. But those dreams were lost to addictions. Instead of becoming a professional jazz musician 🎼 or an actress I became a prisoner trapped in the vice of alcohol and pills unable to do even one day of life without them. I became so hopeless and suicidal that one fateful day I woke up and planned to end it all. 🥲BUT something happened! I heard a voice say ‘If you hold on a bit longer you will find happiness one day’. I didn’t want to die. I just didn’t know how to live anymore. Instead I rang a 12 step line and went to a meeting that night. I have not had one drink of alcohol since that day. That was 41 years ago.😊Since I got sober I have been on a mission to help people from all walks of life who have been through all kinds of hard times, find HOPE. I do this by sharing my inspirational story. Not only mine but by sharing the countless stories of other inspiring people I know 💖I love helping people solve the problems in their life. I do this through a proven coaching life program, inspirational speaking, Mental Health First aid training and a counselling. I EMPOWER people to live their best life possible and find balance in all areas of their lives. Having walked the journey with thousands who have overcome addictions I am especially passionate about helping those addicted find freedom. I am an encourager and connector and don’t want to see anyone have to do life alone. 👭🧍♂️🧍♀️👫That’s why I started community events. To join people together so everyone has someone. 👫So that people who are struggling can glean strength and HOPE from the stories of those who have walked the path before them and have found light at the end of the tunnel. 🌟Maybe you need support or maybe you have a story to share that will bring HOPE to even just one person, maybe the rest of the world. 🌍Maybe you’d like to be trained and equipped with more knowledge and skills to help those around you who are struggling with mental health, so another soul isn’t lost to suicide. If so I would love to connect with you because, I love people! Whatever you do in life there is no one like you. We all have a story.📗Together we can make a huge difference in this world. Together is better, don’t do life alone, and don’t let others do life alone. 💚www.storiesofhope.com.au⭐️Speaker ⭐️Coach ⭐️Author ⭐️Presenter⭐️Counsellor⭐️Event Host ⭐️Mental Health First Aid Trainer TOPICS-Addiction recovery-Mens mental health-Womens Wellness-Trauma/PTSD -Abuse recovery-Suicide Prevention
