Since the inception of the Kern County Oil and Gas Zoning Ordinance I have been involved in Minor Activity Reviews within Kern County and have interfaced with all the different agencies involved in the permitting process, Planning, Building and Safety, Environmental Health, Fire, Roads etc,. I have also managed multiple small projects in the oil industry and have been successful in the permitting of several cogen facilities, crude terminals and pipelines.
