For seven years I have provided technical support as an Audio/Visual Technician for live events. Providing outstanding customer service and creative problem solving in a high pressure environment. I am now taking those skills and transitioning into the world of IT. I love creating and building solutions for clients. It's always fun learning new technology and how we as a team can implement them to help clients achieve their vision. I am CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ Certified and currently studying for my CompTIA A+ Certification. I am also working on my Associate Degree in Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State World Campus. My goal is to get a Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences and Technology. I have also set up a home lab where I can practice the skills I am learning. Technology has always been a passion of mine. When I was a kid I would tinker with the family computer. Tweaking settings and figuring out how they worked. In high school I took a computer science course where I learned how to program in Java. It was fun seeing how a little bit of code could create something magical.I look forward to using my passions and skills to create a rewarding career as an IT Support Professional. My goal is to someday be a Network/System Administrator.
