• Manage a staff of 20-50 employees• Responsible for annual employee evaluations/raises; handle disciplinary actions and termination procedures when necessary• Maximize profit and decrease overhead by a process of budget planning and cost analysis• Training of other department managers.• Assisting and reporting to Regional Manager• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure proper functioning of all departments• Payroll, hiring and training of all positions• Credentialing of physicians• Annual presentations of the operational and business status of the departments• Educate staff and physicians on proper documentation, billing and coding• Weekly individual and monthly group staff meetings with employees and physicians
