Throughout his career, Kerry Bowen has developed a knack for creating processes that make employees — and the company itself — more efficient. That’s the primary focus of his work as President of AB Rock, in addition to overseeing job costing. Kerry serves as the link between AB Rock’s field crews and the accounting team, ensuring that everyone has the systems and processes they need to get the job done as quickly and easily as possible. As AB Rock expands into new lines of service, including waterproofing and rock and concrete placement, Kerry makes sure that the existing processes keep pace with company growth so that AB Rock is positioned for long-term success.

Kerry began his career in operations for his family's long standing Kansas City based construction company. During his first several years in operations he learned about the value, necessity and interworking's of efficient construction and project management operating systems. Kerry has been with Inspired Homes since its inception and has spent the majority of his time perfecting the Inspired Homes customized technology solutions and software infrastructure. Kerry believes that customized technology solutions enable Inspired Homes to operate efficiently and seamlessly in key areas such as sales, purchasing, estimating and accounting saving homebuyers money and time. Kerry graduated from Saint Louis University with a B.S. in Finance.
