Manage all aspects of the grant life cycle for the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Infrastructure Grant Program, focused on facilities improvement for early care and education (ECE) programs. I coached, developed, and supervised 2 clinical staff and 1 master’s intern who delivered mental health services to clients and their families. In addition, I facilitated a weekly support group for teenagers and young adults while also providing direct support to individuals myself. I am most proud of strengthening organizational practices by updating the clinical services manual, designing staff training, and updating processes for better triage and assessment.

Leading a team of 6 case coordinators and 20+ direct service workers, I managed a caseload of ~45 youth with significant emotional, behavioral, and healthcare needs. I headed all data collection, reporting, and community partnerships.

In this newly formed role, I developed training and outreach programs in support of the AmeriCorps Disability Grant, reaching over 700 individuals in just 10 months. I also conducted the first disability survey of AmeriCorps members and facilitated a series on “Justice Talks.”

With supervision of 10 clinicians and 2 case managers, I oversaw a home-based services program providing crisis treatment and stabilization for youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
