Provide leadership for a team of consultants, motivating, inspiring and developing them to maximize their potential. Facilitate the consultants in delivery of their balanced score card measures and their contributions to the overall business plan. Drive service by delivery of highly executed coaching to ensure Consultants are meeting full potential. Fully and expertly implementing any Change and ensuring this is embedded. Introduce and present ideas into bank policies and allow an open forum for others to openly participate thus leading to an effective team. Actively manage all people processes looking for trigger points and ensuring all HR policies are followed. Ensure all consultants are compliant and reacting appropriately and with speed to reduce risk of commercial, personal and operational loss. Manage service levels by utilizing all tools available and influence where possible. Influence and represent the cultural, behavioral and business values and necessary changes to deliver a customer orientated business.
