Responsible for scheduling and managing the compliance reporting nationally for Stand Alone superannuation funds business. This required a knowledge of legislative requirements of the Corporations Act, SIS etc. Investigation and reporting of breaches to Legal area. Maintenance of breach register, analysis of cause of breach, recommendation of solution, and ensuring rectification. Disseminate lessons learnt from breaches to Staff.

Management of national family law project covering administration procedures and system configuration prior to legislation implementation. Included analysis of legislation, development of standard procedures and training modules for superannuation administration. Management of centralised Family Law team in Sydney and then decentralising functions of this team to State Offices. Coordinated training sessions throughout States.

Designing and development of procedures and training documentation for superannuation administration business; management of 3 staff in Training and Procedures team; Publisher/Knowledge Coordinator of Administration business intranet site; analysis of legislation and incorporation into procedures ; analysis on in-house superannuation system; development of training modules, user notes etc.

Administration Manager for multi-employer fund, Managing team of eight staff. Responsible for day to day processing and annual review of Fund. Attending quarterly trustee meetings, recommendations to Trustees on Death and TPD claims. Analysis and inhouse systems testing for superannuation administration system.Trained NZ staff in superannuation system and report writing facility over 6 week period. Moved to corporate superannuation administering corporate fund. Involved in systems analysis and testing of member investment choice switching processes.
