I returned to the MASH team following my secondment in the Liquidlogic Implementation Project Team before switching to the Intervention Support Service (ISS) long term social care team in February 2020.I have since used my knowledge of LCS/EHM to provide effective floor walking/Champion support to colleagues on a daily basis as well as being the lead on escalating any post go-live issues that have arisen and taking responsibility for further data cleansing of any issues dating back to legacy systems that are identified by myself or the wider team, as well as supporting the business Systems Team with the testing of form and pathway updates.
Senior Business Support/Project Support Officer (Secondment)
Supporting the Social Care Programme Team with the implementation of the Liquidlogic LCS/EHM/LAS case management system across the entirety of Children and Adult Social Care services.During my time in the Liquidlogic Implementation Project I gained experience in:- System building, supporting with profile configurations and form designing in EHM, LCS and LAS (Adult Social Care) case management systems. Particular areas of focus during building were CP, CIN, LAC, Fostering & Adoption, MASH, Early Help and Standalone form designing in some cases.- Cleansing at least 20 years of legacy case management data (over 30,000 errors reported) to help facilitate a smoother migration of data onto the new systems.- Providing high level administrative support to the training programme by using my service knowledge to coordinate an effective training schedule and ensuring staff were booked on to the appropriate courses.- Resource management in terms of making the best use of the training rooms allocated to the team as well as equipment being allocated in the face of competing demands from different areas of the team, particularly during multiple overlapping phases of testing and the rollout of training.- Supporting the team during User Access Testing periods by testing data and spotting trends to report back to the Migration Team Manager as well as supporting colleagues from the business by helping them navigate and understand the system, either via 1-to-1 training or writing user how-to guides on effective methods to test.

Continuing to work in the Triage, MASH & Assessment team following service-wide administrative restructure/re-branding to Business Support Team.Highlights included being given opportunities to perform more specialist tasks such as case research with MASH partner agencies, minute taking of child protection and partner agency meetings and quality assuring data of live Assessment team cases on the case management system.Following my work on the MASH LEAN review and it's implementation throughout 2016, I was also recommended to conduct similar work in the Safeguarding & Service Standards Unit (SSSU) from February - April 2017.During this time period I was given the opportunity to develop my skills and take on additional administrative tasks such as minute taking of high level Child Protection meetings and conferences and handling invoices.
Administrator
Working within the Triage, MASH & Assessment team in Children Services. Day to day tasks predominately consisted of handling intakes of child protection referrals via telephone, email, fax and post.My proudest achievement during this time was playing a part in a Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) LEAN review in November 2015 that contributed to lengthy processes being cut and modernised, therefore increasing capacity to handle child protection referrals and enable quicker processing in line with MASH guidelines.
