I joined CCI in 2016 having spent 13 years in London working within Financial Services compliance across the areas of corporate broking, research, sales and trading in line with FCA and LSE regulations. I completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in South Africa before moving to the UK. I then completed a Masters in Psychotherapy and a Change Management certification as I recognized the intersection of psychology and corporate culture and the importance of sponsorship and buy in to ensure that assurance teams are able to achieve their objectives. I am motivated by working within a team, focusing on cultivating an individual’s strengths in order to best achieve our common goals. Employees who feel valued are more likely to drive revenue and positively influence customers. My 20 years corporate and compliance experience has included Financial Services, the Public Sector and most recently Business Process Outsourcing. I have worked with teams to design and implement compliance policies and procedures in order to manage compliance risk in line with ISO 19600 (Compliance Management Systems).The CCI compliance team currently works with clients based in South Africa, the UK, Australia and the US with a particular focus on consumer protection, privacy and information Security legislation.I have been a part of the project team which has driven several organizational attestations and certifications including PCI DSS, SOC II and HIPAA.
