• Primary accountability for managing the RPS Change Control Policy (Nov 2012-present). Responsibilities include: o Primary point of contact for assigned line of business. o Monitoring and providing guidance for the RPS Change Control Process. o Participate in all Governance and Oversight Quality Assurance routines. o Participate in all LOB Change Control Process activities.

• Serve as liaison between Corporate Compliance/CQA, Corporate Audit Service, external auditors and RPS Business Lines. Responsibilities include: o Manage and track internal/external audit and CQA testing requests. o Facilitate meetings for audit or testing discussions.o Ensure business lines are fulfilling audit and test requests accurately and in a timely manner.o Communicate CQA test results to business lines.o Obtain/track resolution plans and review validation materials for audit and testing exceptions.o Fulfill SSAE16 requests received from Elan Agent Financial Institutions and prospect clients

• Serve as liaison between Corporate Compliance/RPS Governance and Fraud Management & Case Processing. Responsibilities include: o Manage and execute internal and external audit requests. o Ensure business line is in compliance with current and any new federal regulations.o Conduct monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual regulation monitoring and testing for Reg Z, Reg E, FCRA, and Red Flags. o Track Compliance required training.o Track Regulatory Complaints received for the business lines.o Manage all system access requests.• Project management responsibilities include:o Partner with Corporate Compliance and RPS Governance on any regulation changes. o Communicate with FM & CP departments that may be affected by regulation changes.o Serve as compliance SME for projects affecting FM and CP.o Assist with developing high level business requirements for system changes.o Collaborate with Employee Development on any training needs due to system changes.
