• Provided support for end-users in the perioperative areas, including nurses, surgeons and anesthesologist/CRNAs. • Provided charge posting support for perioperative areas. • Maintained and built supplies (SUPs), equipment (ORTs) and procedure (ORPs) records. • Maintained, edit and built user navigators, workflow engine rules (LORs), profiles (LPRs), application reports (LRPs), Flowsheet templates (FLTs), statusboard and snapboards. • Assisted with updating user security on EMPs, SERs, ECLs and subtemplates for perioperative areas and pre-admission testing depts. • Created and assisted users, in creating and using Workbench reports. • Worked with the BSW Perioperative Service Oversight Committee (PSOC) for both Central and North Texas, and Perioperative Users Group (PUG) to identify areas of improvement and provide technical or workflow answers. • Built and tested new Epic features, including upgrade packages, Epic Star items, integrated testing and user acceptance testing.
