The Practice Mentor is a unique mentoring service targeted at new executives, middle management and aspiring managers. We provide a customised mentoring support service designed for each individual based on their leadership learning and development needs. Each program is developed in consultation with our clients. We make it practical with formal sessions plus 'real time' on call support, including phone call and email communication during normal business hours.We support our clients in day to day issues, on call to assist with emerging issues. All programs include feedback on draft presentations and briefs or setting KPIs.Our programs are flexible. Programs have set mentoring hours (e.g., up to 15 hours) of formal and informal coaching and mentoring based on the needs of an individual. The real-time on call support is unlimited - meaning there is available support within normal business hours at no additional cost to the contracted hours.The Director, Kerry Power, has over 40 years experience in the workforce. He has held Board and senior executive roles in health and insurance across the government sector.
