22 years of the transport industry. Trains Planes and back to Trains. 1998 with Great Southern Rail gave me my first exposure to the transport industry. Started out as a hospitality attendant on the Indian Pacific and Ghan and progressed through the ranks to become a relief Train Manager.2000 I started a 10 year stint in the Airlines, Flight Attendant, Cabin Manager and Emergency Procedures Instructor.Currently in my 10th year with Queensland Rail Travel, having worked in various areas, The Customer Contact Centre, Wholesale & Groups Team, Quality Assurance and currently in our Travel Centre working face to face. People are my thing! I love servicing the public face to face. I have recently embarked on a small business. I have a love of plants and have opened a small Nursery.
