21 years of experience as Label Specialist for DuPont Crop Protection. Workload requires creation of packaging and labeling to ensure any product shipped meets all the USA regulatory bodies (EPA, DOT, IMDG, IATA, etc.). In addition, as the business grew globally, became knowledgeable with many other country’s rules and regulations and created a network of guidance.In 1995-1998 worked with the packaging and labeling team to create a database to monitor all packaging and labeling components. In April 1998 went live with a relational database that increased the group’s productivity twofold. Since 1998 worked with various IT players to maintain this database operational and evergreen.2004 the business purchased another company to expand the product offerings and was assigned the liaison between the two companies. The challenge of integrating the best practices going forward was very rewarding and my contribution helped the merger be successful.Greenbelt certification was obtained in 2005.From 2002-2008 took evening college classes. Obtained Associates degree in 2005 and Bachelors degree in 2008 for Business Administration, concentration in Management.Received various recognition rewards for performing above and beyond the role assigned.
