My background encompasses strategy formulation and implementation, along with process improvement and management, as both consultant and business executive. My current work focuses on helping leadership teams align organization priorities and processes with strategy, and closing the gap between strategy and execution. I’ve led strategic alignment and performance improvement initiatives and built process management organizations in the manufacturing and financial services industries. In my current consulting practice I lead strategy, process and performance improvement initiatives for clients. My consulting experience also includes strategy and process excellence roles at Point B and at Accenture. Business and industry experience includes officer and director level positions at Standard Insurance Company, Louisiana-Pacific and Boise Cascade. I also teach strategy and finance courses in the MBA program at Portland State University, and in the Oregon Executive MBA program.
