Role: Main Cabin Crew - safety and comfort for passengersThe duties involved excellent customer service by meeting and greeting each passenger on board and exit the aircraft; to then assisting them to their seats where help was needed. I gave special assistance to less able passengers (disabled, elderly etc.) and helped them adjust to the unfamiliar environment. Vigilant of the surroundings: checking emergency equipment and dealing with emergencies where needed. Having to administer first aid to passengers. Keeping very hygienic throughout each flight especially when serving meals, snacks and/or refreshments. Being very adaptable to the different rosters and time differences around Europe: starting from early shifts and finishing on late shifts by the end of the month. Keeping ahead of schedule for on-time performance endorsing the boarding to be on time and with no delays. The role has further taught me, how to remain calm in difficult situations or emergencies with passengers or crew. Clear and well spoken personal announcements: informing passengers on safety and inflight information. Professional and high standard appearance for each working day showing that I am proud of the company and showing the customers of Monarch’s expectations.

Role: Volunteer. This involved being a cashier, culling old stock, and re-pricing stock. I have also been brave and been a manager for a day. Whereby, I had to take calls takeout managerial tasks such as donation counts and delegating staff.
