Accountable for a team of 12 Customer Supply Chain Representatives responsible for managing the order to delivery process for both Canada/US Retail and Food Service customers. Collaborated closely with cross-functional leadership to provide strategic and tactical guidance, focusing on growing volume while delivering exceptional customer supply chain support. Closely monitored dashboards to drive performance against all key metrics such as case fill, on-time delivery, in-stocks, non-compliance and overages, shortages & damages.

As part of the National Customer Business Team, represented the interested of Supply Chain while supporting the Commercial organization to meet sales volume, and growth agenda. Worked onsite with the largest customer to collaborate on supply chain operations such as feature volumes, ordering patterns, fill rate and production/delivery schedules. Managed a team of 6 Customer Supply Chain Representatives focused on delivering against key metrics for all business units (Pork, Poultry, Prepared Meats & Olivieri).

Managed/coached a staff of Customer Account Specialists and Customer Business Analysts, responsible for meeting or exceeding national service goals in the Poultry Business. Reduced YOY customer claims through root cause analysis and action plan. Actively monitored and drove performance against key customer metrics such as case fill, on-time delivery, in-stocks, non-compliance, and queue performance. Worked cross-functionally on Six Sigma projects to improve efficiencies within the Customer Service Department.

Regularly conducted root cause analysis and issue resolution on customer demand plan gaps including forecast accuracy. Reviewed feature volumes and forecasting trends with Sales and Marketing. Worked closely with the customer to review order patterns, feature volumes and delivery schedules.
