• Skilled at all financial aspects of my job including but not limited to, weekly payroll and payroll taxes, monthly benefit payments, deposits, payment of all liabilities, reconciling bank statements, providing profit & loss statements to the Managers, building a yearly budget for the Executive Board and reviewing and reconciling monthly credit card statements. • Successfully manage eight employees by scheduling staff meetings weekly, tracking time off, assisting them with enrollment of benefits and liability insurance, training on all technology such as computers and cell phones.• I serve as the Recording Secretary to the Managers meetings, Executive Board meetings and Bi-annual meetings for the company. I also provide typed record of the minutes of each meeting as well as provide the agendas and all financial statements for review. • Maintain and/or establish all Union collective bargaining agreements. Successfully prepare and assist with all negotiations for 17 commercial/ residential contracts. Establish and nurture relationships with Union and Non-union contractors and provide them with all the information necessary to become and remain a successful contractor. • Responsible to prepare and assist the Auditors on a yearly basis so that we can successfully file on time all LM-2 reports and 990’s.• Co-Director of the Market Recovery Program - Skilled at financial aspects of this job, which includes but not limited to, deposits, payment of liabilities, profit and loss statements, yearly financial review. Studying and reviewing Dodge reports and construction reports to obtain information on upcoming jobs that will be successful thru the program.
