As the Business Analyst Lead for Card Factory, I was responsible for the analysis practice, competencies, framework, and resource. In the short amount of time I was there I implemented business analysis practice standards and ways of working to enable the true value of the analysis role to be understood and in turn fully utilised.

As a Business Analysis Manager, I was responsible for defining and leading the Analysis on projects and pre-project ideas for Front-End Transformation as well as managing, coaching and mentoring BAs in the team and wider analysis community. In addition to my day-to-day role, I was the Tower Learning Champion, the Learning & Development lead for Onboarding, a founding member of the Business Analysis Recruitment Squad and a core member of the Asda Technology Ethnicity D&I Team.
