Worked with Partners/Principals and Marketing Team to grow the Enterprise Risk Services (SOX and Internal Audit, IT Audit, Contract Risk Compliance) along with growing its $100MM West Healthcare Provider Practice, including EHR implementation, compliance, revenue lifecycle and process optimization solutions.

Led and grew the $30MM, 150 person western US Accounting and Finance services division of Hudson Global Resources. Served on several advisory committees including a sales training committee, the management board, and chaired a Quality Assurance committee to ensure the integrity and repeatability of our solutions.

Opened the 15th office in San Francisco for niche provider of accounting and finance services. Negotiated real estate, hired sales, operations and consulting teams, and in first year of operation, exceeded revenue budget by 350%. Held prior role in sales as a consistent, top performing producer for the firm. Firm was acquired 2002 by Management Consultant Group (MCG).
