Northern California And Hawaii

• Managed, hired and trained a team of six stylists and two coordinators to work with brides and their parties, focusing on selling the gown, and guiding brides through their entire wedding look journey.• Diplomatically merged the bridal business and Nordstrom legacy customer service to create an experience that exceeded customer expectations while growing the business and running volume/sales increases. Ended 2014 with 27% increase in volume over LY.• Created relationships to build business, and introduce the non-Nordstrom customer to the company through the bridal program, turning her into a customer for life.• Partnered with buyers and vendors through ordering, shipping and receipt of gowns, planning and production of trunk show events regularly.
